Winner of the Vontobel Prize for Age(ing) Research 2024 issued by the Center for Gerontology at the University of Zurich for the publication “Brain-IT”: Exergame training with biofeedback breathing in neurocognitive disorders.
The Vontobel Prize for Age(ing) Research is awarded annually by the Center for Gerontology at the University of Zurich, funded by the Vontobel Foundation. It recognizes outstanding research in the field of gerontology, aiming to promote the transfer of knowledge between research and practice, and to raise public awareness about aging-related issues. 1st award: winner of the 3MT® Competition

Winner of the 3 Minute Thesis (3MT®) Competition at the 2023 World Congress of the International Society of Posture & Gait Research (ISPGR).
The 3MT® competition is an academic research communication competition developed by the University of Queensland, Australia. Graduate students present their research and its wider impact in 3 minutes or less to a panel of judges. The challenge is to present complex research in an engaging, accessible, and compelling way, using only one static slide, and in language that can be understood by a non-specialist audience. [1]
